OUR PRINCIPALS

Andrew Kaplan Andy has been in real estate for over 17 years. He started as a real estate attorney at Blank Rome where he counseled/advised some of the largest companies/lenders in the region. From there, he went to Rite Aid Corporation, where he was an officer and director of the company and served as real estate counsel and then Director of Real Estate. At Rite Aid, he devised and implemented the market strategy for real estate development in the Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, South New Jersey and Maryland markets which included 340+ stores. While there, he was involved with the acquisition and/or leasing of over 90 new freestanding stores. He then went to The Goldenberg Group where he was a partner. While there he was a key player in the acquisition, development and/or leasing of six of the areas most successful new, ground-up shopping center developments, one of the city's most successful condo conversion projects and the re-leasing and management of the portfolio of seven existing shopping centers. Andy has an undergraduate degree from Penn State and an MBA/JD (cum laude) from Temple.

Andrew Aronow Andy has over 12 years of real estate experience and as a partner in HABA Homes, he has acquired, sold, managed and owned over 70 properties. Previously Andy spent 18 years consistently ranking as one of the top national sales reps for YellowBook. Over the years, Andy broke almost every sales record within the company including being ranked as the #1 rep in the country (out of 5,000). Andy was also honored with the President's Club Achievement Award for the most consecutive years in a row in the company's history. Andy also set the all time annual sales record by selling approximately $4 million in annual revenue Andy has an undergraduate degree from Penn State

Bruce Aronow Bruce has over 22 years of financial services and investment management experience. From 1987 to 1999, Bruce worked in the business assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialized in financial services. Bruce left PwC as a partner in 1999 to join one of his clients, Rorer Asset Management. At Rorer Asset Management, Bruce served as COO, CFO and member of Executive Board. Bruce designed state of the art firmwide work flow applications and helped successfully manage periods of rapid growth as well as periods of organizational change and restructuring. From there, he went on to co-found Managers Investment Group where he served as Managing Partner. Bruce has significant operational, financial and management experience. He has also served on the following boards: Money Management Institute, Historical Society of Pennsylvania, Balch Institute for Ethnic Studies and the Penn State Smeal College Alumni Board. Bruce graduated from Penn State as valedictorian with honors in Accounting. Bruce also received top state and national honors in passing the CPA exam.
