Rockland Capital LLC is a full-service real estate company that specializes in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of value-added properties in all asset classes.

Our "sweet spot" is acquiring assets from distressed sellers and/or lenders at substantial discounts due to our immediate access to capital, our ability to close quickly and our expertise in working through difficult situations.

We typically buy assets (including notes) that larger companies/funds shy away from due to their size, condition or other issues such as legal, environmental, fire/water/mold damage, difficult tenant or owners, etc.

We take a hands-on approach and pride ourselves on using our experience, creativity and tenacity to take on difficult or dirty projects and turn them into properties that enhance communities by rehabbing or developing nicer homes, creating better places to work, providing more retail options and creating jobs.

We have successfully worked on the acquisition, development, leasing and/or management of over 4,000,000 square feet of residential, warehouse, office and retail space. We currently own and/or have ownership interest in over 60 properties in all assets classes. Our principals are all born and raised in Philadelphia and have over 40 years of experience in real estate, financial services and investment management.
